Analityk będzie także odpowiedzialny za planowanie kwartalne z interesariuszami oraz kontakt z nimi, planowanie priorytetów i backlogu w zespołu - analiza obejmuje obszar biznesowo - systemowy i będzie robiona w wybranych projektach.

Wymagania

  • bardzo dobra znajomość Business Intelligence,
  • bardzo dobra znajomość metodologii ITIL,
  • zaawansowana znajomość pakietu Excel,
  • wysoko rozwinięte zdolności analityczne,
  • umiejętność efektywnej wizualizacji danych analitycznych,
  • doświadczenie w obszarze wsparcia użytkownika końcowego,
  • komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy zespole,
  • systematyczność oraz bardzo dobra organizacja czasu pracy,
  • umiejętność szybkiego przyswajania wiedzy,
  • doświadczenie 3 – 5 lat
