codebase, architecture, integrations and business-critical workflows\nCreate and drive a risk-based technical debt roadmap focused on stability, security, maintainability and supportability through 2030\nModernise the .NET application and key dependencies in pragmatic, incremental steps while protecting business continuity\nDiagnose and resolve production issues, recurring defects, performance bottlenecks and integration failures\nImprove automated testing, code quality, logging, monitoring and operational documentation\nStrengthen CI/CD, deployment practices, environment consistency and safe rollback approaches\nDocument key design decisions, interfaces, runbooks and critical business logic, and share knowledge across the team\nWork with business and technical stakeholders to priorities improvements according to operational risk and business value\nWymagania\nWe are seeking a candidate with an\neducational background in Computer Science, Software Development or\nEngineering, as well as substantial experience in several of the following\nareas:\n\nStrong hands-on experience developing and\nmaintaining backend applications using C# and .NET / ASP.NET Core\nExperience modernising legacy or\nbusiness-critical applications without disrupting ongoing operations\nSolid knowledge of relational databases,\nSQL and Entity Framework\nExperience designing, maintaining and\ntroubleshooting enterprise integrations and APIs\nPractical experience with Microsoft\nAzure, including application hosting, monitoring and cloud operations\nExperience with unit, integration and\nregression testing and improving test coverage in existing systems\nGood understanding of secure coding,\ndependency management and software lifecycle risks\nExperience with CI/CD, source control and\nmodern software quality practices\nStrong analytical and problem-solving\nskills, with the ability to turn findings into pragmatic improvement plans\nAbility to work independently with a high\ndegree of ownership and accountability\nExcellent communication skills and\nconfidence working directly with technical and business stakeholders\n\nNice to have:\n\nVue.js or another
