具备生产环境排障能力，能基于现象快速缩小问题域。\n3、熟悉至少一类可观测栈（Prometheus/Grafana、ELK、Jaeger/SkyWalking 等）及告警治理思路。\n4、熟练使用 Go / Python / Shell 中至少两种进行自动化、Operator、小工具或平台开发; 具备良好工程习惯（代码评审、文档、灰度与回滚意识）。\n5、有高并发、大流量、活动峰值下的稳定性建设经验; 理解限流、熔断、降级、异步化、缓存与消息在系统中的典型用法。\n6、沟通清晰，能跨团队推动标准落地，对结果与线上质量有强 ownership。\n基础开发方向\n岗位描述\n1、负责95分商品、订单、资金等系统的迭代和研发\n2、负责各中大型项目的方案设计，评审，研发工作\n3、负责平台性能及其他技术优化，业务稳定性工作\n4、理解系统的业务需求，进行核心功能的开发工作\n岗位要求\n1、熟悉golang语言、3年以上golang开发经验\n2、熟悉TCP, HTTP相关网络协议;
