role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, integrations, and Power Platform solutions.\nYou will work with existing CRM environments to develop and enhance functionality, automate business processes, integrate applications, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.\nThe ideal candidate is technically strong, analytical, comfortable working with Requirement:English proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with international technical teams and stakeholders (B2+ preferred).\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.\nBuild and enhance applications using Power Apps, including Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.\nDesign and automate business processes using Power Automate.\nCustomize CRM tables, forms, views, business rules, and workflows.\nDevelop custom plugins, extensions, and integrations using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.\nWork with Microsoft Dataverse to manage data structures, relationships, and business logic.\nIntegrate Dynamics 365 with external applications, APIs, and third-party systems.\nAnalyze existing CRM implementations and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.\nSupport data integration, transformation, and migration activities when required.\nTroubleshoot technical issues and improve application performance and reliability.\nCollaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.\nDocument technical configurations, customizations, integrations, and development processes.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nStrong professional experience developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMsolutions.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.\nSolid understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, tables, relationships, and security.\nExperience developing custom plugins, workflows, and CRM extensions.\nProficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.\nExperience working with REST APIs and integrating CRM platforms with external systems.\nUnderstanding of Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and solution management.\nExperience troubleshooting and optimizing CRM applications.\nFamiliarity with software development best practices, version control, and Agile methodologies.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently, manage technical deliverables, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.\nWhat Will Make You Stand Out\nExperience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.\nHands-on experience with Power Pages and Power BI.\nExperience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other Azure integration
