However, we are also interested in professionals with strong SQL and data migration expertise who have worked with other CRM systems.\nThe ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable navigating complex databases, and capable of working independently to solve technical challenges.\nLocation: Remote - Latin America\nWorking Hours & Project Duration\nProject-based engagement, with proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with international technical teams and stakeholders.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and optimize SQL scripts and complex queries to support data extraction and migration.\nAnalyze relational database structures, tables, fields, and relationships.\nIdentify appropriate table joins, database views, and queries to retrieve relevant information.\nExtract, transform, and prepare data from existing CRM systems for migration.\nDevelop reliable, repeatable, and automated data extraction processes.\nInvestigate complex data structures and resolve data extraction challenges.\nValidate extracted data to support accuracy, consistency, and completeness.\nCollaborate with technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and migration objectives.\nDocument extraction logic, data relationships, and technical processes.\nSupport the identification and resolution of data-related issues throughout the migration process.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nStrong professional experience in SQL development, including complex queries, joins, views, and scripting.\nHands-on experience working with relational databasesand complex data structures.\nPractical experience in data extraction, transformation, and migration projects.\nExperience developing scripts or automated processes for data extraction.\nStrong understanding of database schemas, data relationships, and data integrity.\nAbility to analyze unfamiliar database environments and identify the information required for migration.\nExperience troubleshooting data inconsistencies and complex extraction scenarios.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently, manage technical deliverables, and
