In this role, you will own user-facing features end-to-end-from understanding customer workflows and identifying the right product solution to designing, implementing, validating, deploying, and operating production-ready systems.\nSuccess in this role requires systems-to-workflow thinking: the ability to connect software architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, and AI capabilities with the real-world experience of customers, implementation teams, and internal operators. You will balance long-term technical investments with pragmatic product delivery, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver meaningful customer value.\nAs a Senior Software Engineer, you will have a meaningful impact on the future of exacare’s platform by owning key product capabilities and contributing to technical decisions within your team. You’ll identify opportunities to build reusable components, improve existing systems, and accelerate engineering velocity.
