In this role, you will contribute to user-facing features throughout the development lifecycle-from understanding customer workflows and exploring solutions to implementing, testing, deploying, and supporting production-ready software.\nSuccess in this role requires curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and an interest in how technical decisions affect the customer experience. You will work with software architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, and AI capabilities, developing your ability to connect these pieces to real-world workflows. With support from experienced engineers, you will learn to balance thoughtful technical design with practical product delivery, building reliable, maintainable solutions that deliver customer value.\nAs a Software Engineer, you will help shape exacare’s platform by delivering features, improving existing systems, and taking increasing ownership as you grow.
