In this role, you will own user-facing features end-to-end-from understanding customer workflows and identifying the right product solution to designing, implementing, validating, deploying, and operating production-ready systems.\nSuccess in this role requires systems-to-workflow thinking: the ability to connect software architecture, data models, APIs, integrations, and AI capabilities with the real-world experience of customers, implementation teams, and internal operators. You will balance long-term platform investments with pragmatic product delivery, ensuring that solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver meaningful customer value.\nAs a Staff Software Engineer, you will have a meaningful impact on the future of exacare's platform by shaping the technical direction across multiple product areas. You'll identify reusable patterns, abstractions, and frameworks that accelerate engineering velocity and improve product consistency.
