With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.\nJob Details\nThe Compliance Pharmacy Licensing Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining business, pharmacy, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, wholesale, and other healthcare-related licenses, registrations, and permits across multiple jurisdictions. This role ensures ongoing compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements by coordinating licensing activities, monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits and inspections.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in regulatory compliance within a healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical environment.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare, submit, track, and renew pharmacy, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and other healthcare-related licenses, permits, and registrations. \nMaintain accurate licensing records, databases, and documentation. Monitor license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.\nCoordinate with state boards of pharmacy, regulatory agencies, and third-party licensing vendors.\nResearch licensing requirements for new jurisdictions, business locations, and services.\nAssist in investigating and resolving licensing discrepancies or compliance issues.\nMaintain licensing and compliance databases.\nPrepare reports and metrics regarding licensing status, renewals, inspections, and compliance activities.\nAnalyze trends and identify potential compliance risks.\nEnsure confidential information is maintained in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.\nPartner with Legal, Operations, Human Resources, Credentialing, and Pharmacy leadership to support licensing and compliance initiatives.\nProvide guidance to managers and employees regarding licensing requirements.\nSupport onboarding activities requiring professional licensure verification.\nThe above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation\nA minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. with five (5) years of compliance-related experience.\nPreferred: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, Public Health, or related field from an approved and accredited college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience\nMinimum 2 years of experience in healthcare licensing, pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, credentialing, or a related compliance function.\nExperience working with state licensing boards, regulatory agencies, or healthcare compliance systems.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nSkills & Abilities\nUnderstanding of healthcare regulatory and licensing requirements.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to interpret statutes, regulations, and regulatory guidance.\nExcellent recordkeeping and document management practices.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.\nStrong customer service orientation and professionalism when interacting with regulators and internal stakeholders.\nPhysical/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking.
