With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.\nJob Details\nThe Financial Analyst will develop revenue/expense analyses, reports, and financial presentations. They will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. They will also maintain that financial information is recorded accurately. The Analyst will have strong technical skills to work independently but also possess the ability to work collaboratively with other Centers of Excellence. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will present findings and recommendations to senior leadership/executive management.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop financial models to evaluate existing and future business\n\nParticipate in month-end financial close and reporting\n\nHelp develop annual budget and recurring forecast updates\n\nCreate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports\n\nAnalyze, track, and report on large data sets\n\nMaintain up-to-date and accurate databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data\n\nAid cost analysis processes by established policies and procedures, providing trends and forecasts\n\nPresent financial models and findings to senior leaders/executive management\n\nMonitor and analyze the competitive environment and make comparative analyses, recommended changes in methods and materials\n\nProtects ExactCare operations by maintaining confidentiality of financial information\n\nPartners cross-functionally across Centers of Excellence to meet financial goals\n\nEmbody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nThe above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in finance, economics, or related field.\n\nExperience\n2+ years of financial analysis experience\n\nPreferred: Healthcare industry knowledge/experience\n\nSkills & Abilities\nStrong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite in general\n\nPresenting to senior leaders or executive management teams.\n\nKnowledge of finance, financial methods, tools, and strategies\n\nAbility to read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from numerical material\n\nKnowledge of, and ability to use and develop, unique processes, tools, and techniques for exploring alternative financial scenarios and results\n\nKnowledge of the functions, automated tools, and processes needed to oversee financial assets and liabilities across the organization\n\nAbility to prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations by utilizing financial processes and tools\n\nAbility to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the Finance Center of Excellence\n\nPhysical/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.\nSchedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis.
