With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.\nJob Details\nThe Information Security Analyst is responsible for the deployment, monitoring and maintenance of security systems and will work as part of the Information Security team to implement and support a secure enterprise environment.\nResponsibilities\nIdentify, advise and make recommendations regarding implementation of security controls and security architecture.\n\nAssist with evidence collection for vendor assessments.\n\nCreate and maintain information security system reports.\n\nAssist in design and implementation of security processes and workflows.\n\nMaintain, administer and support VPN, Active Directory, Firewall, DLP, IDS, endpoint security systems and vulnerability scanning.\n\nParticipate in resolving problems with security violations.\n\nCommunicate with business and IT staff and vendors and serve as security SME when needed.\n\nThe above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Security or related field required.\n\nExperience\nFive years' experience in administering IT security controls in an organization.\n\nSeven to ten years IT security or information security experience with a proven ability to engage with Senior Management and regulators.\n\nKnowledge of technical infrastructure, networks, databases and systems in relation to IT Security and IT Risk.\n\nExperience with IPS/IDS, DLP and SIEM technologies.\n\nOther duties as required by supervisor.\n\nSkills & Abilities\nExperience working with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), health plans, and health information technology products and organizations.\n\nStrong quality assurance background\n\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or related certification.\n\nProject management skills.\n\nWindows workstation and server administration experience.\n\nPrior experience performing security reviews and risk assessments.\n\nPhysical/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.\nSchedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis.
