With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.\nJob Details\nThe Quality Improvement (QI) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives within the ExactCare division. This role is responsible for managing quality-related event (QRE) reporting, monitoring compliance to quality management standards, supporting regulatory adherence, and collaborating across departments to improve service quality, patient safety, and performance outcomes. The QI Coordinator will also assist with internal and client-facing reporting, track and analyze performance data, participate in quality committee meetings, and help ensure a consistent, patient-centered approach to service delivery.\nResponsibilities\nPrimary Functions\nManage Quality Reporting Process:\nMonitor closed QREs within the ticketing system to ensure investigations are finalized and properly documented\n\nCollaborate with external teams to confirm accuracy, completeness, and resolution of reported events.\n\nVerify data accuracy and completeness to support tracking, trending, and reporting.\n\nClose tickets in alignment with established procedures and timelines.\n\nMaintain data quality and reporting readiness through continuous system monitoring.\n\nGenerate and distribute monthly QRE reports for stakeholders and clients.\n\nQuality and Compliance Support:\nMaintain adherence to internal quality standards and regulatory guidelines by supporting AnewHealth quality and compliance efforts.\n\nPerformance Improvement Collaboration:\nPartner with service line and department leaders to identify improvement opportunities, create and support in-service training, and deliver onboarding education.\n\nAssist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal and external performance improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport the collection and sharing of best practices across teams to enhance consistency and quality of service delivery\n\nContributes to action plans that address identified gaps in performance or compliance\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality initiatives with organizational goals and client expectations\n\nData Reporting & Analysis:\nGenerate and distribute quality and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients.\n\nMonitor referral source reports, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nFollow up on internal and external communications related to quality concerns.\n\nAdministrative Participation:\nCoordinate and document monthly client communication reports.\n\nParticipate in QI meetings and maintain meeting minutes.\n\nSupport the development and updates of the annual QI Plan and Program.\n\nSecondary Functions\nProvide operational support to other business units during periods of high volume, as needed.\n\nThe above essential functions are representative of major duties of positions in this job classification.
