Today, it focuses on climate change, innovation, and digital transformation to improve lives across global markets.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDefine, maintain, and execute the Master Test Strategy and detailed test plans\nEstablish testing scope, objectives, entry and exit criteria, dependencies, schedules, and quality gates\nLead testing activities across System Integration Testing, regression testing, performance testing, security testing, position conversion, and User Acceptance Testing support\nDesign, build, and optimize automated test frameworks and reusable test suites\nDevelop automated tests using the Calypso Automated Testing Tool, Selenium, JUnit, and Cucumber\nIntegrate automated test execution into CI/CD pipelines\nDirect test-case development and execution across front-to-back Calypso workflows\nValidate trade capture, pricing, risk, settlements, collateral, SWIFT messaging, and accounting postings\nCoordinate test-environment setup, configuration, availability, and maintenance\nLead test-data planning, provisioning, validation, and refresh activities\nConfigure and maintain the tools required to support manual and automated testing\nCoordinate System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing with technical teams, functional leads, and available business testers\nLead defect logging, triage, severity classification, prioritization, escalation, and resolution tracking\nManage defects and test execution through Jira and Xray\nMonitor defect response and resolution progress and escalate risks affecting test completion\nOversee load, stress, batch, and performance testing using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner\nCoordinate security testing and vulnerability assessments based on OWASP principles\nMaintain requirements-to-test traceability and ensure complete test coverage\nProduce weekly test-execution metrics, readiness assessments, and quality-status reporting\nPrepare test-summary reports, audit-ready evidence packages, and final testing sign-offs\nCommunicate testing risks, dependencies, blockers, and recommendations to project leadership\nWhat You Bring\nExtensive experience leading quality assurance and testing for complex Calypso implementations\nStrong knowledge of Calypso front-to-back workflows, including: Trade capture, Pricing\nRisk, Settlements, Collateral, SWIFT messaging, Accounting postings\nExperience developing and executing master test strategies for large financial-services transformation programs\nHands-on experience with the Calypso Automated Testing Tool (CATT)\nStrong test automation experience using Selenium, JUnit, and Cucumber\nExperience integrating automated test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines\nExperience leading System Integration Testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing support\nStrong knowledge of test-environment coordination and test-data management\nExperience validating position conversions and complex financial data\nHands-on experience with performance-testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner\nKnowledge of security-testing practices and OWASP vulnerability-assessment principles\nAdvanced experience with Jira and Xray for test and defect management\nExperience producing test metrics, traceability reports, evidence packages, and release-readiness assessments\nStrong defect-management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills\nExcellent leadership, stakeholder-management, and communication skills\nEnglish level\nAdvanced\nWork Type: Onsite/hybrid\nLocation: Washington, DC\nLegal & Hiring Information\nCompensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $125-140/hr USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable.
