Today, it leverages nationwide 5G coverage and AI-driven customer engagement platforms to deliver scalable, high-performance connectivity.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements validation, solution build, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, mock conversions, cutover, and hypercare\nDevelop and maintain the integrated master schedule, work breakdown structure, RACI matrix, delivery milestones, and scope baseline\nPartner with the client’s project management team to manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables\nCoordinate multidisciplinary technical and functional teams across the Washington, DC headquarters and regional offices\nLead daily synchronization meetings and provide clear status reporting across System Integrator teams, Adenza, and client stakeholders\nEstablish and manage formal defect-triage, prioritization, escalation, and resolution processes using Jira and Xray\nMonitor and enforce P1-P4 defect response and resolution service-level agreements\nIdentify, document, and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies\nMaintain current project status, actions, risks, and decisions within Monday.com and Jira\nCoordinate Azure integration activities and data-migration dress rehearsals\nSupport Organizational Change Management activities and technical training plans\nManage project governance, executive reporting, escalation paths, and cross-party decision-making\nDrive delivery toward the targeted Q3 2028 production go-live and subsequent hypercare period\nWhat You Bring\nExtensive, senior-level experience in project management experience leading complex, front-to-back Calypso implementation programs\nStrong understanding of Calypso front-to-back business and technical workflows\nProven experience managing large-scale financial-services or capital-markets technology implementations\nExperience leading projects across requirements, design, build, testing, conversion, cutover, go-live, and hypercare\nStrong knowledge of System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing processes\nExperience managing data migrations, mock conversions, and production dress rehearsals\nUnderstanding of Azure integration lifecycles\nDemonstrated expertise in scope, schedule, resource, dependency, risk, and change management\nExperience establishing and maintaining integrated schedules, work breakdown structures, RACI matrices, and scope baselines\nStrong defect-management experience, including triage, severity classification, escalation, and SLA tracking\nAdvanced proficiency with Jira, Xray, Monday.com, and Microsoft Project\nPMP or Agile Scrum Master certification\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English\nSpanish proficiency is considered an asset\nEnglish level\nAdvanced\nWork Type: Onsite/hybrid\nLocation: Washington, DC\nLegal & Hiring Information\nCompensation Transparency: The expected compensation range for this role is $140-150/hr USD, with eligibility for commission, bonus, or other incentive compensation where applicable.
