Its mission focuses on fostering belonging, achievement, and pride through meaningful experiences and lasting traditions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead multiple concurrent IT projects and programs from planning through delivery, managing milestones, scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.\nMaintain project plans, track commitments, and provide clear status reports, executive updates, and leadership presentations.\nPartner with business and IT stakeholders to clarify objectives, validate requirements, align dependencies, and resolve delivery risks.\nServe as Scrum Master for a software development team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and promoting consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement.\nSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint goals, team capacity management, and delivery tracking.\nFacilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to keep initiatives moving forward.\nCoordinate delivery across e-commerce, integration, backend, and enterprise service teams, working with vendors, offshore resources, internal stakeholders, and plant operations.\nApply systems analysis and established PMO practices to identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.\nBalance hands-on execution and tactical follow-up with broader program-level oversight.\nUse Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 tools to support planning, collaboration, documentation, and reporting.\nWhat You Bring\nExperience in IT project management and/or Scrum Master roles, including software development delivery.\nExperience serving as a Scrum Master for software development teams.\nExtensive experience working in Agile environments, with the ability to apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies according to project needs.\nProven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional impact.\nExperience coordinating delivery across e-commerce, integrations, backend services, and enterprise systems.\nDemonstrated ability to align business stakeholders and technical teams to achieve quality outcomes and on-time delivery.\nExperience working with vendors, geographically distributed teams, and offshore resources.\nComprehensive project planning, organization, time management, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead discussions with engineering teams and business leaders.\nHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.\nDemonstrated ownership, accountability, follow-through, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.\nNice to have\nSolid systems analyst background, including requirements analysis, dependency mapping, data flows, and process gap identification.\nExperience with retail or e-commerce platforms.\nExperience working with Salesforce CRM.\nExperience leading delivery across both product/platform initiatives and enterprise integrations.\nAbility to balance detailed execution and operational follow-up with broader program oversight.\nEnglish level\nIntermediate/Upper-Intermediate\nLegal & Hiring Information\nExadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more\nReasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions\nPlease note: this job description is not exhaustive.
