The company has also expanded its portfolio to include photobook products for Disney’s PhotoPass photography service at theme parks and resorts.\nHeadquartered near Minneapolis, with operational offices in Owatonna, Minnesota, the company has facilities throughout the United States.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, develop, maintain, and review backend applications and services using Java and Spring Boot.\nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs and scalable backend solutions.\nDevelop and support applications based on microservices architecture.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver new features.\nParticipate actively in technical discussions, presentations, architecture decisions, and backend development initiatives.\nWork with Kafka for event-driven and distributed application architectures.\nWork with PostgreSQL, including designing and optimizing complex SQL queries.\nImplement and maintain data persistence using JPA.\nTroubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.\nAnalyze and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.\nContribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high engineering standards.\nFollow SDLC and CI/CD processes and contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment practices.\nWork collaboratively within an Agile team, contributing to a fast-paced environment where ideas, feedback, and continuous learning are encouraged.\nWhat You Bring\nProfessional experience with Java, with strong hands-on expertise in Spring Web, Spring Boot, REST APIs, application security, and microservices architecture.
