About the Client  

The company has been building solutions for mobile apps, effortless payment, business travel, and advertising since 1992. The customer is developing a mobility platform that allows operators to manage their vehicles and drivers efficiently, regulators to be informed and establish guidelines, service providers to deliver sustainable solutions, and riders to have an effortless transit experience.

What You’ll Do  

• Manage delivery across four engineering and QA squads
• Support sprint planning, standups, grooming, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Maintain backlog health, estimates, commitments, and delivery predictability
• Identify and remove impediments, escalating issues with clear recommendations
• Manage scope changes, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Track delivery metrics such as cycle time, rework, predictability, and escaped defects
• Map dependencies and sequence work around critical paths and external deadlines
• Coordinate delivery across engineering teams, external partners, and stakeholders
• Provide clear and actionable project status updates to senior stakeholders
• Use AI tools to automate sprint reporting, risk analysis, release notes, and delivery monitoring
• Identify slipping work, stale dependencies, and scope drift proactively
• Support continuous improvement of team processes and delivery practices

 What You Bring

• Strong experience in Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager roles
• At least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern US working hours
• Hands-on experience managing Agile ceremonies and software delivery
• Experience delivering complex technical projects against external deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to understand API specifications and sequence diagrams
• Daily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar
• Strong written and spoken English
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
