The customer is developing a mobility platform that allows operators to manage their vehicles and drivers efficiently, regulators to be informed and establish guidelines, service providers to deliver sustainable solutions, and riders to have an effortless transit experience.\nWhat You’ll Do \nManage delivery across four engineering and QA squads\nSupport sprint planning, standups, grooming, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies\nMaintain backlog health, estimates, commitments, and delivery predictability\nIdentify and remove impediments, escalating issues with clear recommendations\nManage scope changes, dependencies, and cross-team coordination\nTrack delivery metrics such as cycle time, rework, predictability, and escaped defects\nMap dependencies and sequence work around critical paths and external deadlines\nCoordinate delivery across engineering teams, external partners, and stakeholders\nProvide clear and actionable project status updates to senior stakeholders\nUse AI tools to automate sprint reporting, risk analysis, release notes, and delivery monitoring\nIdentify slipping work, stale dependencies, and scope drift proactively\nSupport continuous improvement of team processes and delivery practices\n What You Bring\nStrong experience in Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager roles\nAt least 5 hours of overlap with Eastern US working hours\nHands-on experience managing Agile ceremonies and software delivery\nExperience delivering complex technical projects against external deadlines\nStrong knowledge of Jira and Confluence\nAbility to understand API specifications and sequence diagrams\nDaily experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar\nStrong written and spoken English\nStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nEnglish level \nUpper-Intermediate\nLegal & Hiring Information\nExadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more.\nReasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.\nPlease note: this job description is not exhaustive.
