revues de code et de conception.\nProfil recherché\nLe/La Software Engineer Python / IA / Full stack contribuera au développement et à la maintenance de nos solutions logicielles réseau :* **Architecture & Conception :** Définir et concevoir l'architecture de composants backend et frontend robustes (Python, Django), capables de soutenir des volumes de données importants et des règles de gestion complexes.\n* **Développement Haute Performance :** Participer au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités stratégiques en rédigeant un code propre, hautement efficace, testé et documenté.\n* **Leadership Technique & Vision** : Prendre une part active à la définition de la stratégie logicielle et des objectifs long terme de l'équipe.\n* Inculquer les meilleures pratiques via des revues de code et de conception exigeantes.\n* **Intégration GenAI (LLM) :** Implémenter et optimiser les workflows d'AI Générative\n* Résolution de Problèmes Complexes : Diagnostiquer et corriger des anomalies structurelles, et apporter une expertise de second niveau aux équipes techniques et aux clients lors d'incidents critiques.\n* **DevOps Culture :** Gérer vos déploiements et votre
