des services et des applications back-end en Python\n* Construire des traitements et des automatisations robustes, testés et maintenables\n* Prendre part aux choix d'architecture et challenger les décisions techniques\n* Contribuer à la qualité : tests, code review, refacto, documentation\n* Partager ta veille avec la communauté tech eXalt (meetups internes, retours d'XP) et, si l'envie est là, accompagner les plus juniors\n**La stack**\n* Langage : Python 3.10+, typage et tests (pytest)\n* Frameworks : FastAPI, Django ou Flask selon les projets\n* Données : PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Redis, messaging (RabbitMQ ou Kafka)\n* Cloud : AWS, GCP ou Azure selon les projets\n* CI/CD et qualité : GitLab CI ou GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, SonarQube\n**Expérience recherchée**\n* 3 à 7 ans d'expérience en développement, dont des projets significatifs en Python en production\n* Tu écris du code typé, testé et lisible, pas seulement des scripts qui fonctionnent\n* Tu as déjà conçu des API ou des services utilisés à grande échelle ou dans des contextes critiques\n* Tu es à l'aise pour échanger avec un PO, un architecte, un métier\n* Bonus : sensibilité data ou IA (pandas, pipelines de données, intégration de modèles), ou envie de monter en Tech
