The AD’s role is to deliver quality service and ensure the Client’s expectations are met. The AD should have knowledge of the Client’s industry, market dynamic and competitive environment. They should be heavily involved in the preparation of strategic plans for the Client and should keep the Group Account Director informed of revenue-building opportunities. In addition, the AD is responsible for the growth of the AE he/she directly supervises.\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES\nAccount Leadership and Ownership\nResponsible for the day-to-day activity of the account\n\nDevelop a strong relationship with his/her direct Client contacts\n\nDemonstrate excellence leadership internally and externally\n\nProvide a professional, comfortable, productive and fun environment\n\nStrive for excellence, professionalism and quality\n\n Strategy, Planning, Creative and Media\nAssist in the development of the brand strategies and strategic plan\n\nDirect preparation of Agency analyses on competitive and market landscape\n\nIdentify trends, launch new products, understand legal and social environment based on Client category\n\nParticipate in the planning process; external and internal brainstorming sessions\n\nFacilitate and oversee all market research, agency recommendations and POVs, as well as major market research and planning presentations made by Account Planner\n\nWork closely with integrated partners to ensure that Client needs and objectives are met\n\nPrepare and review all major presentations by media department to Clients\n\nDirect preparation of creative briefings to kick off creative development\n\nFacilitate and oversee the information flowthrough the creative and production processes\n\nEnsure that quality standards are met for all the Client’s creative needs\n\nSupervise production specifications to meet Client expectations and Agency standards\n\nManage timelines and budgets\n\nEnsure that creative accurately reflects Client’s and the business’ needs\n\nEnsure that all issues are resolved to the satisfaction of Client and internal groups\n\nRequired Skills\nExcellent communication skills\n\nStrong presentation skills\n\nManagement/Leadership/Team skills\n\nSound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills\n\nKnowledge of all agency functional areas;
