coordinate with clients and technical teams, and maintain technical documentation to support timely resolution.\nRequirements:\n Minimum 2 years of experience in application support environment, including 2+ years in the banking domain, with 6+ years of overall experience in application and production support.\nHands-on experience with Linux, AIX, and UNIX operating systems, including system-level troubleshooting and Shell Scripting automation.\nStrong experience in incident management, problem management, technical troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause analysis (RCA).\nHands on experience with Oracle databases, SQL queries, and Oracle SQL performance tuning for application issue investigation.\nExperience with AppDynamics for application performance monitoring and Control-M for job scheduling and batch operations.\nStrong experience in JBoss administration and familiarity with WebSphere application servers for application maintenance and troubleshooting.\nExperience in supporting banking applications, functional testing, application enhancements, disaster recovery (DR), and failover operations.\nExperience with Jira-based ticket
