including namespaces, network policies, resource quotas and RBAC.\nPlan and execute cluster upgrades with appropriate rollback strategies.\nManage cluster networking, ingress and persistent storage solutions, including ODF, NFS and CSI.\nDevelop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for node provisioning and routine operational tasks.\nPerform hardening and patching of RHEL/Linux hosts, including systems in air-gapped environments.\nImplement CIS security standards, manage vulnerabilities, enforce pod and container image security policies, and support security audits.\nRequirements\n7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Red Hat OpenShift (OCP).\nStrong experience in Red Hat OCP platform administration, including setup, configuration and upgrades.\nHands-on experience in CI/CD pipeline management and GitOps.\nExperience in Ansible automation.\nRed Hat OpenShift certification is required.\nSkills\nNetwork Management, Design, Security
