Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Project Management: Independently manage Avaloq core banking implementation and transformation projects from initiation and planning to execution, delivery, and the primary point of contact for internal teams, external clients, regional stakeholders, and Steering Committees.\nFinancial & Resource Oversight: Manage project budgets, track Estimate To Complete (ETC), monitor resource allocation, and support commercial offers in collaboration with Solution Architects and Key Account Managers.\nRisk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and blockers early, create mitigation plans, and ensure proactive resolution across all workstreams.\nCross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead interdisciplinary, multicultural, and technical delivery teams, bridging the gap between product vision and day-to-day execution.\nReporting: Deliver regular, transparent status updates, KPIs, and executive reporting to top management and C-suite stakeholders.\nQualifications & Requirements\nExperience:Proven track record as an overall Project Leader/Manager handling large-scale, complex core banking or standard software implementation projects (Avaloq experience strongly preferred).Deep understanding of banking operations, front-to-back wealth management, and core banking processes.\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Economics, Engineering, or a related field.\nTechnical & Tool Proficiency: Experienced with MS Project for detailed timeline and resource planning.Proficient in Jira and Confluence for Agile/hybrid workflow tracking.Competent in SharePoint and the broader Microsoft Office suite.\nSkills\nBusiness Administration, Partner Solutions,
