The ideal candidate will drive business growth by leading analytics transformation initiatives, building data-driven solutions, and managing enterprise client relationships across industries.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Data & Analytics practice initiatives including Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Delivery Governance, and Capability Building.\nEngage with enterprise clients to understand business challenges and propose scalable Data & Analytics solutions.\nDrive RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, estimation, proposal creation, and client workshops.\nDefine data transformation strategies covering Data Engineering, BI & Reporting, Cloud Analytics, AI/ML, and Governance.\nCollaborate with Sales and Account teams to identify opportunities and support business growth.\nLead large-scale analytics programs and ensure successful delivery with quality and stakeholder satisfaction.\nBuild and mentor high-performing Data & Analytics teams across technologies and domains\nProvide thought leadership on modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and analytics trends.\nEstablish best practices, reusable accelerators, frameworks, and delivery standards.\nManage executive-level stakeholder communication and client relationships.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n12+ years of experience in Data & Analytics with strong exposure to Pre-Sales and Delivery Leadership.\nHands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI/Visualization, and Cloud Analytics platforms.\nStrong understanding of technologies such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.\nExperience in solutioning for enterprise analytics and digital transformation programs.\nStrong experience in client-facing roles including consulting, stakeholder management, and proposal management.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple engagements.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.\nBenefits\nAt Exavalu, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
