Team Leadership\nManage cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, policy admin, IT).\nMentor team members and drive performance improvements.\nAllocate resources effectively.\n4. Process & Operations\nImprove operational efficiency in insurance processes such as:Claims processing\nUnderwriting\nPolicy servicing\n\nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements.\n5. Strategy & Transformation\nDrive digital transformation initiatives in insurance delivery.\nImplement automation, analytics, and process optimization.\nSupport business growth and new client onboarding.\n6.
