The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Guidewire integration frameworks, proven leadership in managing integration teams, and the ability to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nIntegration Design & Development\nLead the design and implementation of integrations between Guidewire applications and external systems (e.g., rating engines, payment gateways, CRM, ERP, document management).\nDevelop and maintain SOAP/REST APIs, messaging services, batch processes, and plugins.\nEnsure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.\nTechnical Leadership\nProvide technical direction and mentorship to integration developers across PC, BC, and CC.\nConduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Guidewire standards.\nCollaborate with architects to define integration strategies and frameworks.\nImplementation & Support\nDrive end-to-end integration delivery across SDLC phases.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues in production environments.\nOptimize performance and scalability of Guidewire integrations.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management\nPartner with business analysts, QA teams, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nTechnical Expertise\n8+ years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PC/BC/CC integration and configuration.\nStrong proficiency in Gosu programming language and Guidewire Studio.\nExpertise in integration frameworks (web services, messaging, middleware).\nSolid knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, and data transformation techniques.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.\nRequirements\nDomain Knowledge\nDeep understanding of insurance policy administration, billing, and claims processes.\nFamiliarity with multi-line, multi-state, and multi-currency implementations.\nLeadership Skills\nProven experience leading integration teams and managing deliverables.\nAbility to conduct technical reviews and enforce coding standards.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nGuidewire Certified Specialist in Integration or PC/BC/CC modules.\nExperience in large-scale enterprise implementations.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) for integration deployments.\nExposure to microservices and event-driven architecture.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management.\nStrong leadership and mentoring capabilities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nOwnership mindset with attention to detail.\nBenefits\nDiversity Inclusion: Exavalu also promotes flexibility, adapting to the needs of employees, customers, and the business.
