The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional leadership in the design, configuration, and delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) implementations. You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable, effective solutions aligned with client business goals.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as a functional lead for Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).\n\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into functional specifications.\n\nLead functional workshops with clients and internal teams.\n\nCollaborate with Guidewire developers to design and validate technical solutions that meet business needs.\n\nProvide guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and best practices.\n\nPerform configuration tasks using Guidewire tools such as Guidewire Studio.\n\nSupport testing, training, and production rollouts.\n\nLead and mentor junior functional analysts.\n\nServe as the primary functional point of contact for client stakeholders.\n\nEnsure timely delivery and quality of functional deliverables.\n\nRequirements\n7+ years of experience in the insurance domain with a minimum of 3+ years as a Guidewire Functional Analyst or Consultant.\n\nHands-on experience in at least one Guidewire module (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).\n\nStrong knowledge of insurance industry practices and terminology.\n\nProven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional design.\n\nExperience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.\n\nExcellent client-facing and communication skills.\n\nAbility to lead functional teams and manage client expectations.\n\nExperience with Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, and Configurations.\n\nGuidewire certification (Business Analyst or Functional Consultant) is preferred.\n\nBenefits\nDiversity Inclusion:\nAt Exavalu, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
