Define target state architectures, integration strategies, and technology roadmaps.\nDevelop solution blueprints covering applications, data, integrations, cloud, security, and operational architecture.\nEvaluate and recommend insurance platforms and products based on client requirements.\nInsurance Industry Expertise Provide deep expertise across insurance value chains including: Policy Administration Underwriting Claims Management Billing & Payments Distribution & Agency Management Customer Engagement Reinsurance Understand industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies impacting insurance carriers.\nClient Consulting & Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technology teams.\nConduct discovery workshops and consultative sessions to understand business challenges and strategic objectives.\nProvide recommendations on business transformation, digital modernization, and operational improvements.\nAdvise clients on technology investments, platform selection, and transformation strategies.\nPresent solution approaches and business cases to executive leadership and steering committees.\nSolutioning & Pre-Sales Support Lead solutioning efforts for RFPs, proposals, and strategic pursuits.\nCollaborate with sales, delivery, and domain teams to create compelling solution propositions.\n\nDefine implementation approaches, operating models, effort estimates, and transformation roadmaps. Support deal shaping and participate in client presentations and solution defense sessions.\nStakeholder Management Engage with business executives, enterprise architects, delivery teams, vendors, and third-party partners.\nBuild strong client relationships and establish credibility as a strategic insurance advisor.\nFacilitate alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.\nTechnology Leadership Drive adoption of modern architecture practices including: Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) API-led Architecture Microservices Digital Platforms Data & Analytics AI/GenAI-enabled Insurance Solutions Provide architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.\nRequired Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Insurance, or related field.\n15+ years of experience in Insurance Technology and Business Transformation.\n8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Solutioning.\nStrong understanding of Insurance core systems and business processes.\nProven experience managing large-scale insurance modernization programs.\nDemonstrated success in client-facing consulting and advisory roles.\nExperience architecting cloud-native and digital transformation solutions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.\nRequirements\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience with leading insurance platforms such as: Guidewire Duck Creek Majesco Sapiens Fadata Insurity Experience across P&C, Life, Health, and Commercial Insurance.\nExposure to InsurTech ecosystems and digital insurance solutions.\nExperience working with Global Tier-1 insurance carriers.\nCertified Scrum Master (Preferred) Success Measures Successful architecture and delivery of complex insurance transformation initiatives.\nHigh client satisfaction and trusted advisor status with leadership stakeholders.
