The ideal candidate will combine deep insurance domain expertise with strong Solution/Enterprise Architecture, cloud, digital transformation, and client advisory experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end solution architecture for complex insurance transformation programs.\nDefine target-state architecture, integration strategies, technology roadmaps, and solution blueprints.\nAdvise clients on insurance modernization, platform selection, digital transformation, and technology strategy.\nLead discovery workshops and engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.\nSupport RFPs, proposals, pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimates, and client presentations.\nCollaborate with sales, delivery, architecture, and insurance domain teams.\nDrive modern architecture practices including AWS, Azure, GCP, APIs, microservices, data, digital platforms, and AI/GenAI.\nProvide architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Insurance, or related field.\n15+ years of insurance technology/business transformation experience.\n8+ years of Solution Architecture / Enterprise Architecture experience.\nStrong knowledge of insurance processes including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Reinsurance.\nExperience leading large-scale insurance modernization programs.\nStrong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.\nExperience with cloud-native and digital transformation solutions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, Sapiens, Fadata, or Insurity.\nExperience across P&C, Life, Health, Commercial, or Specialty Insurance.\nExperience with global Tier-1 insurance carriers and InsurTech ecosystems.\nExposure to AI/GenAI-enabled insurance solutions.\nExperience supporting strategic RFPs, proposals, and complex pre-sales engagements.\nPreferred Certifications\nTOGAF\nAWS Solutions Architect - Professional\nAzure Solutions Architect Expert\nGuidewire Certification\nCPCU, AINS, LOMA, or other Insurance certifications\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM)\nKey Competencies\nInsurance Domain | Solution Architecture | Enterprise Architecture | Cloud | Digital Transformation | Client Advisory | Pre-Sales & Solutioning | Executive Communication | Stakeholder Management | Business Transformation\nBenefits\nExavalu also promotes flexibility, adapting to the needs of employees, customers, and the business.
