The leader will also establish a reusable and scalable model that can be extended across other business capabilities and platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn end-to-end delivery of the observability engagement, including planning, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.\nPartner with client business and technology leadership to define success metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and observability priorities.\nProvide leadership and oversight for the observability strategy, target architecture, monitoring patterns, alerting, and operational visibility.\nCoordinate across observability, engineering, product, infrastructure, and offshore delivery teams to ensure successful execution.\nEstablish governance, standards, best practices, and a reusable observability model for broader adoption.\nDrive observability adoption within product teams through enablement, coaching, knowledge transfer, and delivery support.\nPrioritize business-critical applications and services to improve resiliency, reliability, operational visibility, and member/customer experience.\nLeverage Splunk and modern observability capabilities to improve monitoring, analytics, incident management, and root-cause analysis.\nManage client communication, executive reporting, escalations, risks, and overall stakeholder satisfaction.\nIdentify opportunities to expand observability capabilities and create additional value across the customer environment.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\n17 years of IT experience, with significant experience in delivery/engagement leadership.\nProven experience leading large-scale technology transformation or observability programs.\nStrong understanding of observability, monitoring, APM, logging, metrics, dashboards, alerting, and service reliability.\nExperience with Splunk or similar enterprise observability platforms.\nStrong client-facing and CXO-level stakeholder management experience.\nProven ability to manage distributed/onshore-offshore teams and complex delivery dependencies.\nStrong program governance, risk management, communication, and executive reporting skills.\nExperience in Insurance or Financial Services is preferred.\nPMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certification is a plus.\nKey Attributes\nStrong engagement and delivery leadership with a customer-first mindset.\nStrategic thinker who can connect technology initiatives to business outcomes.\nExcellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.\nAbility to balance delivery excellence, customer value, adoption, and account growth.\nBenefits\nDiversity Inclusion: At Exavalu, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
