# Observability Engagement Delivery Leader

This is a remote position. Overview : We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Leader to lead an enterprise Observability transformation initiative, with an initial focus on establishing the observability foundation, target architecture, monitoring standards, dashboards, alerting, and operational visibility. The role will own end-to-end engagement delivery, work closely with client leadership and product teams, and ensure successful adoption of observability practices across business-critical applications. The leader will also establish a reusable and scalable model that can be extended across other business capabilities and platforms. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of the observability engagement, including planning, governance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes. Partner with client business and technology leadership to define success metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and observability priorities. Provide leadership and oversight for the observability strategy, target architecture, monitoring patterns, alerting, and operational visibility.
