The role requires deep stakeholder engagement, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to align data initiatives with business outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccount & Relationship Management\nBuild and strengthen executive-level relationships with data and analytics stakeholders across assigned accounts\nPosition as a trusted advisor for data, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives\nDevelop a strong understanding of client roadmaps, priorities, and organizational objectives\nLand & Expand Strategy\nDrive account growth through structured land-and-expand strategies\nIdentify and pursue new opportunities within existing engagements\nExpand the data and analytics footprint across business units and functions\nPartner with sales and leadership teams to shape and convert opportunities\nBacklog Protection & Revenue Assurance\nProtect and grow existing backlog through consistent value delivery\nAnticipate renewal risks and proactively mitigate through engagement and performance alignment\nMonitor and manage portfolio utilization, revenue, and commercial health\nDelivery Governance & Success\nEnsure delivery excellence across all programs within the portfolio\nProvide governance oversight to program managers and delivery leads\nMaintain delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction across multi-project engagements\nIntervene in escalations and ensure timely, low-disruption resolution\nInnovation & Value Creation\nDrive innovation by introducing modern data capabilities, accelerators, and AI-enabled solutions\nAlign portfolio initiatives with emerging technology trends and measurable business value\nEncourage proactive solutioning beyond immediate scope to enhance client impact\nLeadership & Team Alignment\nMentor and guide program managers, project managers, and engagement leads\nEnable capability development and scalable engagement models\nCollaborate closely with delivery, sales, and practice leadership teams\nRequirements\nKey Skills & Competencies\nData & Technology\nStrong understanding of Data & Analytics ecosystems, including:\nCloud data platforms\nBI and visualization\nAdvanced analytics and AI initiatives\nConsulting & Commercial Acumen\nAbility to translate data initiatives into business value and outcomes\nStrong commercial awareness (revenue, margin, utilization, backlog)\nExperience managing enterprise accounts and complex portfolios\nLeadership & Stakeholder Management\nProven ability to influence senior and executive stakeholders\nStrong communication, governance, and escalation management skills\nExperience leading multi-project, multi-team portfolios\nQualifications\n15+ years of experience across consulting, technology delivery, and engagement leadership\nDemonstrated success managing large enterprise accounts and strategic data portfolios\nStrong blend of consulting mindset, technology understanding, and client leadership\nSuccess Metrics (KPIs)\nPortfolio revenue growth and backlog stability\nClient satisfaction and executive trust\nDelivery quality, risk management, and renewal success\nInnovation adoption and value realization\nTeam capability, utilization, and engagement health\nBenefits\nDiversity Inclusion: Exavalu also promotes flexibility, adapting to the needs of employees, customers, and the business.
