Act as the administrator/expert for Jira and Confluence, managing sprints, backlogs, velocity charts, burndown metrics, and cross-team dependencies.\nTech-Driven Leadership: Keep pace with modern tech frameworks. Facilitate deep-dive technical discussions around microservices architecture, middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nStakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary bridge between engineering teams, QA, product owners, vendor partners, and C-level executives. Translate technical complexities into business-friendly progress updates.\nRisk Mitigation: Proactively identify integration bottlenecks, architectural dependencies, data security risks, and scope creep. Formulate decisive mitigation plans to keep delivery timelines on track.\nTeam Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor distributed, cross-functional engineering teams in India and globally, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nExperience: 15+ years of core project management experience within the IT, software development, or global consulting sectors, with a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects.\nIntegration Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of integration intricacies, including data synchronization, security protocols (OAuth, SSL), error handling, latency optimization, and middleware routing.\nTools Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Jira, Jira Align, or MS Project for tracking complex software delivery workflows.\nTech Savviness: Strong conceptual understanding of modern software paradigms-CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native application architectures.\nCommunication: Flawless verbal and written English communication skills.
