The role will focus on designing scalable, cloud-native insurance solutions using InsureMO capabilities across product, process, integration, and data.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and lead InsureMO-based architecture and solution designs for P&C insurance platforms.\n\nDefine architecture standards, integration patterns, APIs, and data models.\n\nDesign scalable cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven solutions.\n\nGuide InsureMO product configuration, process orchestration, and integrations.\n\nSupport insurance capabilities including policy administration, rating, underwriting, billing, and claims.\n\nCollaborate with business, engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.\n\nDrive technical decisions, architecture governance, and solution documentation.\n\nLead large-scale insurance transformation initiatives and provide technical guidance to engineering teams.\n\nEngage with client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform and insurance solution architecture.\n\nStrong P&C insurance domain knowledge.\n\nExperience with policy administration, rating, underwriting, billing, and claims ecosystems.\n\nStrong understanding of API-led architecture, microservices, and event-driven integration.\n\nExperience designing cloud-native solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\nKnowledge of enterprise integration patterns and data architecture/models.\n\nExperience with REST APIs, integration frameworks, and distributed systems.\n\nStrong architecture documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience leading large-scale P&C insurance transformation programs.\n\nExperience integrating InsureMO with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or other insurance platforms.\n\nKnowledge of Kafka or other event-streaming technologies.\n\nExperience with cloud-native technologies, containers, and Kubernetes.\n\nExperience with enterprise data platforms, data governance, and insurance data models.\n\nStrong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.\n\nExperience mentoring architects and technical delivery teams.\n\nInsureMO or relevant cloud/architecture certifications are a plus.\n\nBenefits\nExavalu also promotes flexibility, adapting to the needs of employees, customers, and the business.
