The Salesforce Architect will play a critical role in shaping platform strategy, translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures, and ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards across implementations.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitecture & Solution Design\nOwn end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, etc.).\nDesign scalable data models, integration architectures, and security frameworks.\nDefine system boundaries, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.\nEnsure solutions align with Salesforce platform capabilities and long-term roadmap.\nSalesforce Platform Governance\nEstablish and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and design principles.\nGovern customization vs configuration decisions.\nReview technical designs, code, and integrations to ensure quality and scalability.\nManage technical debt and guide platform modernization initiatives.\nIntegration & Data Architecture\nDesign and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.\nDefine data synchronization, master data, and data quality strategies.\nEnsure reliable, secure, and performant data flows across systems.\nSecurity & Compliance\nArchitect robust security and access models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, FLS).\nEnsure compliance with organizational, regulatory, and industry standards.\nDesign audit, logging, and monitoring strategies.\nDelivery & Leadership\nPartner with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nProvide technical leadership to developers, admins, and analysts.\nSupport Agile delivery through design reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness.\nAssist with estimation, risk identification, and dependency management.\nDevOps & Release Strategy\nDefine environment strategy and CI/CD pipelines using SFDX and DevOps tools.\nEnsure smooth deployments across environments with minimal risk.\nGuide release governance and rollback strategies.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nTechnical Skills\n10+ years of Salesforce experience with deep hands-on architecture expertise\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits\nExperience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ preferred)\nStrong understanding of Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative capabilities\nProven experience designing enterprise integrations and data architectures\nArchitecture & Design\nExperience defining scalable, high-availability, and secure Salesforce architectures\nAbility to evaluate trade-offs and make design decisions aligned with business goals\nStrong documentation skills for architecture diagrams and solution designs\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to influence technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities\nPreferred Qualifications\nSalesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect\nExperience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions)\nBackground in enterprise CRM, digital transformation, or cloud architecture\nExperience in regulated industries (BFS, Insurance, Healthcare)\nBenefits\nDiversity Inclusion:\nAt Exavalu, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
