Management Consulting / Professional Services\n\nJob Summary\n\nWe are seeking a proactive, experienced and result-oriented Talent Manager to join our consulting firm.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing, managing and retaining top talent to support the firm's business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and implement effective talent management and recruitment strategies.\nIdentify talent gaps and develop succession and career development plans.\nIdentify, attract and retain high-quality professionals and consultants.\nFoster a positive and high-performance organisational culture.\nMonitor employee productivity and prepare periodic HR reports.\nDevelop and implement staff training and development programmes.\nManage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.\nPromote employee engagement, motivation and retention.\nCoordinate employee performance appraisals and management.\nEnsure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour regulations.\nWork with management on workforce planning and effective staff deployment.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.\nProfessional certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) is an added advantage.\nExcellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.\nMinimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Human Resource or Talent Management.\nGood knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations.\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or a related field.\nStrong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.\nExperience in a consulting or professional services firm is highly desirable.\n\nKey
