This includes customer-specific integrations, automation tools, data migration utilities, operational tooling, and AI-driven solutions that improve customer outcomes and internal efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between Software Development and the Support Team, enabling rapid delivery of technical solutions while allowing core engineering resources to remain focused on strategic product development and roadmap initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nSolution Development : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software solutions that extend functionality.\n\n- Build customer-specific integrations with third-party systems and healthcare technologies.\n\n- Develop automation tools to streamline repetitive operational and support processes.\n\n- Create utilities that simplify administration, maintenance, deployment, and data management activities.\n\n- Develop data migration and transformation solutions to support customer onboarding and implementation projects.\n\nIntegration & Automation : \n\n- Implement APIs, data synchronization services, and middleware integrations.\n\n- Develop solutions supporting steriliser load synchronization, batch management, service requirement expiry management, and related customer workflows.\n\n- Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes across Software Development and the Support Teams.\n\n- Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.\n\nTechnical Governance : \n\n- Follow established development, testing, security, and deployment standards.\n\n- Produce and maintain technical documentation for all custom solutions.\n\n- Ensure solutions are appropriately tested and supported.\n\n- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.\n\n- Promote best practices for maintainability, performance, and security.\n\nTech Stack : \n\n- Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API development.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Python scripting for automation, data processing, and utility development.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and query optimization.\n\n- Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, middleware, and data synchronization.\n\n- Experience with data migration, data transformation, and validation
