Experience with NCR Power HQ (formerly Retalix HQ) is a plus. Candidates with comparable retail ERP or merchandising platforms are encouraged to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssess the current ERP environment and system design to determine readiness for consolidation.\n\nRecommend and implement configuration and design changes needed to bring multiple business units onto a centralized ERP platform.\n\nLead or support ERP configuration across key retail areas, including:\nItem setup and management\n\nVendor setup and management\n\nMerchandising hierarchies\n\nPlan and execute data migration from legacy ERP environments, including data mapping, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.\n\nAssess and modify integrations between the ERP platform and downstream retail systems, including POS, finance, ecommerce, and vendor EDI.\n\nIdentify areas where the existing ERP environment may need to be redesigned or reconfigured to support a consolidated operating model.\n\nPartner closely with technology and program leadership, leveraging internal development resources throughout the initiative.\n\nProvide hands-on functional and technical expertise to guide ERP design, migration, configuration, integration, and implementation decisions.\n\nQualifications\nDeep experience with ERP implementation, configuration, migration, or transformation in a retail environment.\n\nStrong understanding of retail ERP and merchandising processes, particularly item management, vendor management, and merchandising hierarchies.\n\nExperience with NCR Power HQ/Retalix HQ or a comparable retail ERP or merchandising platform is a plus, but not required.\n\nExperience with ERP data migration, including mapping, conversion, validation, and reconciliation.\n\nExperience working with integrations between ERP platforms and retail systems such as POS, finance, ecommerce, and vendor EDI.\n\nExperience evaluating existing ERP environments and identifying necessary configuration, architecture, process, or design changes.\n\nExperience consolidating multiple business units, brands, or banners onto a centralized ERP environment and/or supporting a major ERP migration or transformation.\n\nAbility to work effectively across functional and technical teams and partner with business, technology, and program leadership.\n\nComfortable providing hands-on expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from assessment and solution design through migration, testing, and implementation.\n\nSchedule: Part-time or full-time (up to 40 hours/week)\nType: Project-based, hourly W-2 (benefits eligible)\nDuration: Initial 6-month engagement, with potential to extend into a multi-year engagement\nRate: $80-110/hour\nPlease note: Excelerate does not accept unsolicited resumes or inquiries from staffing agencies or third-party recruiters.\nAll candidates must complete identity verification during our hiring process, including a live video interview, government-issued photo ID review, and confirmation of current U.S. residence.
