are supporting a client through a significant ERP consolidation initiative focused on bringing multiple business units, currently operating on a separate ERP, onto a centralized NCR Power HQ (formerly Retalix HQ) environment.\nThe project will involve evaluating the current Power HQ design, identifying and implementing necessary configuration changes, migrating data, and modifying integrations to support the additional business units.\nWe are seeking a hands-on Retail ERP Consultant with deep Power HQ/Retalix expertise who can help shape and execute the migration from assessment through implementation.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssess the current NCR Power HQ environment and system design to determine readiness for consolidation.\n\nRecommend and implement configuration changes required to bring multiple business units onto a single Power HQ instance.\n\nLead or support configuration across key areas, including:\n\nItem setup and management\n\nVendor setup and management\n\nMerchandising hierarchies\n\nPlan and execute data migration from the legacy ERP into Power HQ.\n\nAssess and modify integrations between Power HQ and downstream systems, including POS, finance, ecommerce, and vendor EDI.\n\nIdentify areas where the existing Power HQ environment may need to be reconfigured to support the consolidated model.\n\nPartner closely with technology and program leadership, leveraging internal development resources throughout the initiative.\n\nProvide hands-on functional and technical expertise to help guide system design, migration, and implementation decisions.\n\nQualifications\nDeep hands-on experience with NCR Power HQ and/or Retalix HQ, including system configuration and implementation.\n\nStrong understanding of retail merchandising processes, including item, vendor, and merchandising hierarchy setup.\n\nExperience with ERP data migration, including mapping, conversion, and validation.\n\nExperience assessing and modifying integrations with downstream systems such as POS, finance, ecommerce, and vendor EDI.\n\nExperience evaluating an existing ERP environment and identifying necessary configuration or design changes.\n\nExperience consolidating multiple business units or banners onto a single ERP instance and/or leading a major ERP migration or transformation.\n\nAbility to work across functional and technical areas, partnering effectively with business, technology, and program leadership.\n\nComfortable providing hands-on expertise throughout the project, from initial assessment and solution design through migration and implementation.\n\nSchedule: Part-time or full-time (up to 40 hours/week)\nType: Project-based, hourly W-2 (benefits eligible)\nDuration: Initial 6-month engagement, with potential to extend into a multi-year engagement\nRate:
