This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.\nWe are presently seeking for an Accounts Payable and Travel and Expense Processor who shall be responsible for maintaining on-time Payment processes in accordance with the Company Schedules.\nMain Responsibilities:\nManage AP subsidiary ledger. \nResponsible in maintaining on-time payment processing in accordance with the Company Schedules\nAccurate and timely invoice posting: Purchase Order (PO), Non-PO, and Travel & Expense verification and posting.\nOn-time Payments processing per payment cycle\nQuick turnaround of issues resolution\nCheck the consignment report and perform consignment settlement\nReport analysis: AP Aging, block report, GRIR and other AP re-ports \nRequirements:\nGraduate of Accounting degree/Diploma or its equivalent\nAt least 3 years relevant working experience with Accounts Payable in sizable multinational manufacturing companies.\nKnowledgeable in end-to-end Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Process\nWorking knowledge in Microsoft Excel\nWorks independently with minimum supervision\nDiscreet with confidential data in the course of work\nFamiliar and conversant with internal control processes and corporate governance\nKnowledgeable with ERP and tools such as SAP/ S4HANA, Concur and others\nCommunicates well in English\nOrganized, resourceful, problem solver, collaborative, with sense of urgency, flexible, discreet on sensitive and confidential information.\nCandidate is amenable to be assigned to either APAC, EMEA, or NA shifts as needed.\nThe role requires flexibility as work arrangements will vary.
