At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are presently looking for a Director/Sr, Finance who will be a trusted global business partner to the GM/VP for the Industrial Material Solutions Division, ~USD 160M in annual revenue, and reports to the CFO & SVP of the Advanced Industrial Segment.The Sr. Finance Director leads a small team whose core responsibilities include strategic business partnership, FP&A, and management reporting. In this role, you will be able to make demonstrable impact on the Industrial Material Solutions Division and its P&L. This position will be located in Hiram, Ohio,with Pittsburgh PA as the alternate option.\nResponsibilities\nGlobal P&L Ownership for the Division\nActs as a key adviser to Division leadership for strategic investments and initiatives;\nBack-up to the Division VP/GM when he/she is unavailable (e.g. fill-in as presenter representing the business);\nCreates active partnership with Operations, Product Management, R&D, and other functions;\nAnalyzes data and prepares executive summaries for operational, financial and strategic decision-making;\nSupports Product Management on customer RFQ pricing & margin performance;\nPerforms R&D project analytics and investment review;\nScrutinizes Division P&L to assess operating margin performance and makes recommendations to improve profitability;\nPrepares KPI variance analysis including financial bridges for Division;\nParticipates actively in monthly operating reviews;\nPlays a leading role in the annual budget process and long-range strategic planning process;\nAnalyzes, understands and provides executive summaries using cost accounting principles including an in depth understanding of fixed vs. variable cost for general management and business cases;\nPerforms diligence and prepares business case / deal model for relevant M&A pipeline opportunity assessment;\nUnderstands and utilizes data and systems for consolidated management reporting;\nSuppports or leads relevant reporting automation and systems projects;\nSupports integrity and timeline for month-end close process.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (required), Master’s Degree (preferred);\nPossess more than ten (10) years of experience as a Finance Leader (required), with experience on a global scale and in manufacturing or manufacturing technology companies\nStrong analytical and communication skills\nHave proficiency in MS Office (required);\nHave experience with SAP, OneStream, PowerBI (preferred)\nKey attributes for this position include:Solution-oriented with a bias for action;\nStrong analytical and communication skills;\nCombines diligent work ethic with high intellectual curiosity;\nThrives in a culture that encourages performance, teamwork and accountability\n\nPlease note:\nThis position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) \nVisa sponsorship is not available for this position\nEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer\nMinorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation\nExcelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
