Celebrate milestones and small wins.\nMonitor project milestones, budget, timeline, and overall progress.\nTake corrective actions when deviations occur in resources, budget, or timeline to bring the project back on track.\nDefine project KPIs and progressively update project progress and completion using dashboards.\nPrepare project reports (weekly, monthly, or ad hoc) as agreed upon during stakeholder communication planning.\nIdentify risks at various project stages and develop mitigation plans.\nDocument each stage of the project using available tools.\nFinalize budgets, hand over deliverables, summarize key takeaways and lessons learned, and return resources to the pool upon project closure.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering.\n3 to 5 years of experience in project management and engineering.\nStrong understanding of product design, platform architecture, and experience throughout the complete product life cycle.\nProven track record of successfully launching product(s) into high-volume manufacturing.
