At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.\nPrincipal responsibilities:\nKey Objectives\nTo achieve output target with good quality product.\nTo learn and apply acquired knowledge where it's applicable.a) Good Documentation Practice (GDP)\nb) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)\n\nWork and comply to Quality Management System (QMS) such as AS9100D and others. \nISO Standard requirements.\n Abide at all time to company's rules and regulations (Collective Agreement)\nWork safely and adopt work safety habits as per Environment, Health and Safety requirements.\nPrinciple Responsibilities:\nMonitor production activity such as capturing production daily output ensuring the team meets the daily target requirement and machine are fully utilize at all time.\nEnsuring that production order are completed within the given time so as to meet the On-Time-Delivery (OTD) goals.\nActively involves in identifies process problem, troubleshoot causes and work together with Process Engineer to develop a solution.\nSuggest improvement to production efficiencies and safe workplace environment.\nEnsure his/her team follow all safety policies and work processes.\nConduct and coordinates staff training to exising and new staff.\nGuide and involves in ensuring staff are well discipline and abide to company's rules and regulations at all time.\nContinuously building good rapport among peers and subordinates.\nPromote good and harmonious communication that leads to positive vibes at the workplace.\nInvolves in production meeting and participate in activities such as 6S.\nTo attend NPI closure meeting and report issue encounter during FAT / FAI processing.\nRequirements:\nNITEC, 'O' Level and equivalent. \nWorking experience in manufacturing environment. \nAble to work independently and able to withstand long standing working position. \nMust be able to do rotating or 12-hour shift work when required. \nEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer\nMinorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation\nExcelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
