For this highly demanding market, the Göttingen site supplies highly complex opto-mechanical modules, subsystems and components for applications in lithography, wafer inspection, chip bonding and packaging.\nIn addition, this site manufactures and supplies a broad range of optical and mechanical components, including complete optical systems, to support scientific research and development as well as industrial production.\nYour tasks:\nInclude commercial support for national and international customers, especially in the semiconductor market segment\nCreating quotes for customer-specific products and projects in coordination with Sales and Business Segment Independently handling orders and tracking deadlines in close coordination with internal departments and customers\nManaging and processing special customer orders, including VPAs, pricing agreements, and project orders\nHandling returns and creating credit and debit notes\nCreating and sending invoices to customers\nMaintaining and managing order-related documentation as well as digital customer files\nMaintaining master data in the SAP environment\nProcessing delivery lists and export reports in customer portals, including deadline monitoring\nCoordinating and organizing customer-specific delivery approvals and liaising with the shipping departments\nSupport for cross-departmental projects and process improvement measures\nCreating and analyzing various reports and metrics for internal and external requirements\nYour Profile:\nSuccessfully completed commercial training or a comparable degree\nSeveral years of professional experience in customer service, order management, or a similar role in a manufacturing company\nVery good knowledge of SAP SD as well as handling customer portals\nConfident use of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word\nGood English skills, both written and spoken\nStrong organizational skills as well as a structured and independent way of working\nHigh awareness of quality and strong customer orientation\nVery good communication and teamwork skills\nQuick to grasp new concepts, willing to learn, and
