This site specializes in product design, process development and mass production of Photodiodes, Photodiode Arrays and High-Performance Sensors. These product technologies are primarily for LiDAR applications such as autonomous vehicles and range finding, as well as safety and security applications including smoke detection and luggage scanning.\nWe are presently seeking for an IT Manager-Central Applications who shall be responsible for leading the delivery, support, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications, with primary responsibility for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, and related integrations and business solutions. This role partners with business stakeholders, functional leaders, and IT teams to assess business requirements, define technology solutions, and deliver projects that improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and business processes. The IT Manager provides leadership to a team of developers and business analysts, ensuring project delivery, application support, and alignment with organizational objectives.\nMain Responsibilities:\nLead and develop Business Analysts and Developers while managing team priorities and performance.\nServe as the primary IT partner for business applications, working with stakeholders, vendors, and consultants to deliver effective technology solutions.\nOversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, implementation, and post-go-live support.\nEnsure enterprise applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with IT architecture, governance, and compliance standards.\nManage application support, system integrations, data migrations, change management, and operational performance.\nDrive automation, process improvements, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance business value and user experience.\nSupport strategic IT initiatives and organizational transformation programs.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, business systems, or IT application support, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.\nProven experience delivering application development, implementation, enhancement, integration, and data migration projects.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform, including architecture, governance, security, compliance, and licensing.\nExperience with business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, change management, and project delivery methodologies.\nAbility to manage vendors, implementation partners, resources, and operational activities effectively.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nThe following attributes are considered desirable, but not essential for the role:\nExperience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR IT Systems (such as UltiPro)\nKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, Payroll, IAS/IPS, and Integration Suite.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft 365 Administration.\nExperience with SharePoint migration projects and migration tools (such as SPMT or ShareGate).\nMicrosoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SAP SuccessFactors, or Project Management certifications.\nEqual Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer\nMinorities/Females/Disability/Gender Identity/Sexual Orientation\nExcelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team!
