will help set up and test a meaningful reporting system.\nYou will assist with performing budget vs. actual comparisons and variance analyses, such as cost center variances and production variances.\nYou will contribute to the further development of existing controlling tools.\nWhat you bring:\nA degree in business administration with a focus on controlling/finance and at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally at an international manufacturing company\nProficiency in common IT applications used in finance and accounting, particularly MS Office and SAP\nA structured and results-oriented approach to work, as well as a high degree of initiative\nAbility to work well in a team, proactivity, and a sense of personal responsibility\nAn independent and conscientious work style\nStrong analytical skills\nFlexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities\nAbility to work well under pressure (especially when working under time pressure)\nStrong
