The candidate will work with the engineering team and customer to ensure successful development of high profile, complex, technical deliverables that are core to the continued success of our award-winning projects.\nRequired Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly\nResponsibilities:\nLeading daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other project-related meetings, coaching the team on Scrum principles and best practices.\nFacilitating open discussion and conflict resolution; identify and resolve issues that might arise during scrum execution; update activities in a project management tracking tool.\nRecord and maintain product requirements and the backlog.\nFoster a collaborative environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and address challenges.\nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational Agile practices.\nRequired Qualifications:\nA bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field of study, and 5+ years of relevant experience.
