You will leverageyour technical expertiseto build cutting-edgeapplications while working closely with clients and team members in an Agile environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate will be critical to delivering impactful solutions. \nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and implement software solutions using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, andReact. \nCollaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. \nEmploy Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software efficiently. \nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices. \nStay current with emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate. \nParticipate in code reviews, ensuring high standardsfor code quality. \nWork independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. \nQualifications:\n3+ years of experience developing web applications. \nStrong understanding of core JavaScript, TypeScript, and functional programming fundamentals. \nExperience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React. \nProficiencyin HTML, CSS, and front-end web design concepts. \nExperience working within Web Content Accessibility Guidelines to ensure optimumaccessibility standards are met for users. \nProficiencyworking with automated test suites such as Jest and React Testing Library \nExperience working with RESTful APIs. \nHands-on experience with version control tools like Git. \nFamiliarity with Agile development practices. \nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a client-facing environment. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working with server-side JavaScript environments and frameworks such as Node and Express.js \nExperience in full-stack development including asynchronous, parallel, and non-blocking programming techniques \nUnderstanding of SQL, NoSQLand/or Document-based storage systems \nUnderstanding of trunk-based development practices such as using feature flags \nExperience with E2E test frameworks including Cypress, Puppeteer, and Selenium \nKnowledge in implementing secure programming practices \nExperience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery tools like Jenkins, Codeship, TeamCity, Vagrant, Puppet, Chef, TravisCI, GoCDor similar \nFamiliarity using GenAIproductivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GithubCoPilot \nThis range represents the minimum and maximum base salary that Excella reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual compensation within the range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top or bottom of the range. \nYour pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus in addition to the base salary. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of shared firmwide goals and objectives as determined by Excella’s Executive Team.
