You’ll be responsible for developing reliable data pipelines, building effective data models and ensuring the quality, accuracy and performance of our data. Working closely with Engineering and stakeholders across the business, you’ll translate data needs into scalable solutions and continuously improve how we collect, process and use data. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving data problems, improving how things work and building reliable foundations that enable teams across the business to make better-informed decisions.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nDevelop and maintain scalable data pipelines for loading data from different sources into the DWH.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, and business stakeholders, to define and understand data requirements.\n\nData Modeling and Transformation: Design and implement effective data models that support business needs, enabling high-quality reporting and downstream analytics.\n\nEnsuring Data Quality: Develop and apply data quality checks, validation frameworks, and monitoring to ensure the consistency, accuracy, and reliability of data.\n\nPerformance and Efficiency: Identify and address performance issues in pipelines, queries, and data storage. Suggest and implement optimizations that enhance speed and reliability.\n\nOptimize and fine-tune existing data processes for improved performance.\n\nCreate and maintain reports on regulatory requirements and internal business needs.\n\nEvaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance data processing and storage capabilities.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of experience in a data warehouse engineering or related role.\n\nExperience with cloud data warehousing technologies, such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or Google BigQuery.\n\nGood programming skills in Python.\n\nProficiency with SQL and data modelling.\n\nExperience with pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster).\n\nExperience working with Git.\n\nA growth mindset – enthusiastic about learning new tools, sharing knowledge, and improving team practices.\n\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nNice to Have:\n\nExperience with stream processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Kafka).\n\nExperience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).\n\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).\n\nUnderstanding of CI/CD principles and experience
